Procedures for Complaints

1. The “Justice for All” signage is in the in the lunchroom.

2. When a complaint has been brought to our attention, the Child Nutrition Director will collect all the information.

3. The Child Nutrition Director will inform the complainant with information to contact the USDA.

4. The Child Nutrition Director will then notify the State Department of the complaint.
